I worked on the redesign of MFB’s website, leading both the UX and UI design to help improve clarity, usability, and conversion performance. MFB wanted to modernise their online presence and make it easier for users to navigate complex financial information. Working alongside the team at Cheeky Communications, we created a fully refreshed site that streamlined some of their most intricate forms and content-heavy sections. The result was a cleaner, more accessible experience that made key actions, like submitting enquiries or finding broker support, much easier for users.
